国际文化与教育学院组建于2006年4月，秉承“融汇中外，博通古今”的办学理念，以培养具有深厚汉语文化基础、国际视野和跨文化交际能力的人才为己任。FoundedinApril,2006，TheCollegeofInternationalEducation(CIE),upholdingtheeducationalphilosophyof“integratingtheEasternandtheWestern,connectingtheancientandthemodern,”iscommittedtonurturingbilingualandbiculturalstudentswithglobalvisionandcross-culturalcommunicativeability.学院现有教职工43人(含外教)，基本实现专任教师博士化，大多数的教师具有海外学习和工作经历。学院主要承担汉语国际教育专业本科和研究生的培养，外国留学生和港澳台学生的教学和管理，人力资源培训和智力援外等任务。CIEhasanenviousfacultyof43teachersandadministrativestaff,mostofwhomaredoctoratedegreeholders,andmorethanhalfhavearichexperienceofstudyingandworkingabroad.CIEoffersundergraduateandgraduateprogramsinChineseLanguageandLiterature,andTeachingChineseasaForeignLanguage.Inaddition,CIEoffersqualitytrainingcoursesforInternationalHumanResourceDevelopment,ForeignEducationalAidsonbehalfoftheMinistryofEducationandtheMinistryofCommerce.学院在完成汉语国际教育本科和研究生培养任务的同时，已接纳来自109个国家和地区的4000余名留学生，2009年获“全国留学生管理先进单位”荣誉称号。“教育部教育援外基地”、“商务部基础教育援外研修基地”设在本院，已承担发展中国家高层次援外培训40余项。依托建立的孔子学院，每年选派几十名学生赴美国、韩国、乌克兰、喀麦隆等进行交换学习和汉语推广志愿服务工作。学院学风优良，近几年，本科学生考研录取率在30%左右，英语四级通过率100%，六级通过率在80%以上。本科和研究生就业率接近100%。CIEhasenrolledmorethan4000studentsfrom109countriesandterritoriestodateandwasrecognized“TheNationalAdvancedOrganizationforInternationalStudentsManagement”in2009.EntrustedbyTheMinistryofEducationandTheMinistryofCommerce,CIEhousesTheEducationalAidCenterforAfricaandAsia,andTheChinaAidTrainingCenterforPrimaryandSecondaryEducation,andoffersover40qualitytrainingcoursesforinternationaleducatorsandadministrators.Moreover,CIEsendsscoresofexchangestudentstostudyintheUnitedStates,Korea,andothercountries,andscoresofvolunteerstudentstoworkintheConfuciusInstitutesinUkraine,CamerounandMozambique.CIEremainscommittedinexcellentteachingandupholdstheconceptofstudent-centeredmethodology;hencenearly100%passingrateforCET4,and80%,forCET6,andover30%undergraduatespursuingtheirMaster’sdegreeatCIEandelsewhere.学院以开放的办学理念、精良的师资队伍、现代化的教学设施、幽雅的教学环境、良好的学习氛围，诚邀五洲四海莘莘学子，共育中华文明长开之花。Enhancedbymoderneducationalphilosophy,blessedbytop-qualityfacultyandstaff,andfacilitatedwithadvancedteachingequipmentsandtechnologyaswellasalush,quietandfriendlycampus,CIEisanidealplaceforstudentsfromallovertheworldtolearn,andtaptheirtalentsandpotentialstopursueknowledgeoftheChineselanguage,literature,andculturetoembracetheadvancementofworldcivilization.
